Senior investment manager

The responsibilities of the position:
. responsible for the development and negotiation of the company's investment projects;           
. be responsible for the feasibility analysis of the project's sneak attack, the evaluation of the project's investment feasibility and risk; complete the preparation of the project related market analysis, technical analysis, financial analysis, evaluation analysis, investment scheme design and other reports;          
. post investment management of the project, as well as basic work such as project launch transaction design, documentation, tracking, etc;           
. master and track the trend of relevant laws, regulations and policies, and provide forward-looking opinions and decision-making references for the company's investment;           
. complete other work items.

Job requirements:
(1) At least 5 years working experience in investment analysis of education industry;           
Bachelor degree or above, major in economics, finance, management, law is preferred;           
. familiar with the investment management process of the education industry, with strong writing ability, written and on-site reporting ability, and strong logical analysis ability. Understand business management, project operation and management, financial analysis and management, etc;           
. strong sense of responsibility, careful work, good self-learning ability and knowledge updating ability, good team cooperation ability, communication ability, strong learning ability and innovation ability;           
Have strong English reading and writing skills, basically have English listening and speaking ability to meet business communication;           
. be able to travel according to work requirements.
