Senior teaching R & D Manager

The responsibilities of the position:
Make the teaching plan of the campus, define the teaching objectives, and ensure the planned, step-by-step and orderly operation of the teaching work of the campus;
Establish and improve the teaching management system of the campus, define the scope of responsibility, and give full play to the role of management organization and personnel; 
Strengthen the management of teachers' teaching quality and students' learning quality;            To organize and carry out teaching research activities and promote the reform of teaching work;           
In order to improve the teaching quality, we should deepen the teaching line, strengthen the inspection and guidance, summarize the experience in time;           
to formulate, supervise and implement rules and regulations for educational administration;            
manage the educational administration department, formulate the post responsibility management, assessment management and daily management standards for the Department staff;
 
Job requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, major in pedagogy, 5 years working experience;           
Love education, have a strong sense of professional responsibility, have good self-learning ability; 
Have strong communication, coordination, organization ability and strong sense of responsibility;
Rich teaching experience and training in education industry are preferred;           
He has a strong sense of honor, a good spirit of cooperation and teamwork, and is willing to help others and be positive;           
familiar with office software.
