The responsibilities of the position:
. be responsible for formulating investment strategy and plan implementation;         
. be responsible for actively mining target customers, conducting various investment negotiations, and leading the investment team to complete the established investment tasks;         
. be responsible for the preparation, implementation and implementation of the company's first investment promotion meeting;         
. be responsible for consulting, tracking, negotiating and signing with potential franchisees;         
. be responsible for the auxiliary work of franchisee's shop opening after development, and assist customers to implement the goal of shop opening as soon as possible;         
. be responsible for the follow-up work of store opening, such as the implementation and check of store opening standards, drawing order and tracking, channel dispute and complaint handling, etc;         
. be responsible for recording customer files, sorting out customer information, regular customer visits, return visits, etc;         
. be responsible for investigating the market dynamics, adjusting the brand in time and optimizing the brand structure;         
. assist the brand merchants in brand promotion activities;         
. be responsible for the management, command, supervision, inspection and implementation of daily work and business of subordinates.

Job requirements:
(1) College degree or above, more than 5 years experience in investment promotion, with brand resources and successful cases;         
(2) Familiar with business negotiation process, with business management, plan implementation, process guidance and monitoring capabilities;         
(3) Familiar with the market operation and marketing promotion of shops;         
(4) Have the ability to resist pressure, have high interpersonal communication and negotiation skills;         
(5) Good market insight, market analysis ability, team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, good customer relationship;         
(6) Strong organization and management ability;         
(7) Honest and trustworthy, diligent and dedicated.
