The responsibilities of the position:

(1) In accordance with the company's overall development strategy, assist the president's office to formulate the group's development strategic plan, review the business plans of each enterprise, and be responsible for organizing and implementing the company's daily operation and management;           

Guide the administrative human resource planning according to the enterprise development strategy, and formulate the medium and long-term human resource development plan;           

Establish and improve human resource management system, formulate and implement human resource management system (including recruitment, training, performance, salary and employee development, etc.);          
 
Responsible for department team management, good at screening and selecting all kinds of middle and senior talents, improve the company's talent reserve and echelon construction;           

Regularly provide special suggestions on human resource strategy, organization construction, administration and other aspects to senior decision makers, and provide human resource information support for major decisions of the company;           

Deal with the major issues in the company's personnel and administrative management in a timely manner, and be responsible for the company's corporate culture construction;      
     
Standardize and improve the company's administrative management system, formulate and improve the company's administrative systems, and provide various administrative and logistical support.


Job requirements:

(1) Bachelor degree or above in human resource management or related major;       
    
(2) At least 8 years of administrative and personnel management experience, at least 3 years of HR Director or 5 years of HR manager working experience;           

Understand the human resource management mode and practical experience accumulation of modern enterprises, have a deeper understanding of each functional module of human resource management, and be familiar with relevant national policies, laws and regulations;            .

have good interpersonal skills, organization and coordination skills, communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
