Director of Finance

The responsibilities of the position:
Under the leadership of the president's office, take charge of the company's financial management, cost management, budget management, accounting, accounting supervision, audit supervision, strengthen the company's economic management, and improve economic efficiency;           
organize the implementation of relevant national financial laws, regulations, guidelines, policies and systems, guarantee the legitimate operation of the company, and safeguard the rights and interests of the company;           
Participate in the decision-making and scheme making of the company's investment behavior and important business activities, participate in the research and review of major economic contracts or agreements, and participate in the analysis and decision-making of important economic issues;           
review and sign the company's budget, financial revenue and expenditure plan, cost and expense plan, credit plan, financial report and final accounting statement, and countersign major business plans, economic contracts and economic agreements involving financial revenue and expenditure;           
To be responsible for organizing and coordinating the listing and financing of the company;          
 be responsible for the organization and implementation of important internal audit activities;           
 master the company's financial situation, operating results and capital changes, and report the work to the group's board of directors in a timely manner;           
 review and sign the company's budget, financial revenue and expenditure plan, cost and expense plan, credit plan, financial report and final accounting statement, and countersign major business plans, economic contracts and economic agreements involving financial revenue and expenditure;           
Do a good job in dealing with all administrative affairs of the financial system, improve work efficiency and enhance team spirit;
 
 
Job requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in finance and finance, accountant title, financial operation experience of listed company;           
More than 10 years of financial management experience in large enterprises, more than 3 years of financial director or more than 5 years of financial manager experience;           
have comprehensive financial expertise, accounting treatment and financial management experience;            Familiar with cost management system and comprehensive budget management system;
trained in management, strategic management, management capability development, business operation process, financial management, etc;           
be proficient in national financial and tax laws and regulations, have excellent professional judgment ability and rich experience in financial and accounting project analysis and processing;           
Be familiar with accounting standards and relevant financial, tax and audit laws and policies;           
 integrity, strong sense of responsibility, rigorous style and careful work;           
Have strong communication and coordination ability, good discipline, team work and pioneering spirit;
